Front of House
About the Role
You'll be cross-trained across the counter: greeting customers and taking orders, building coffee drinks, and packing bagel orders quickly and accurately. No two shifts look exactly the same.
Schedule: Early morning shifts (approx. 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). Full-time and part-time available; Wednesday–Sunday operation.
Compensation: $20/hour + tips
Start date: Late September 2026
What You'll Do
Greet customers, take orders, and run the register with warmth and speed
Build coffee and seasonal drink orders
Fulfill and package bagel to go orders accurately
Keep the counter, coffee bar, and to go station stocked and organized
Coordinate with the kitchen team to keep orders flowing during rush
What We're Looking For
Coffee or barista experience a plus, not required; we'll train you on our process
Friendly, customer-first attitude with strong communication skills
Comfortable with early mornings and a fast, high-volume environment
Reliable, detail-oriented team player who can multitask across stations

Line Cook
About the Role
You'll split your time between the hot line (eggs and hot sandwich components) and the cold line (cold sandwiches), working closely with the baking and counter teams to keep orders moving during peak hours.
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Wednesday–Sunday operation; specific days TBD with candidate.
Compensation: $20/hour + tips

What You'll Do
Cook eggs and hot sandwich components to order on the hot line
Build cold sandwiches to spec with speed and consistency
Prep ingredients ahead of service and maintain food safety standards
Keep both stations stocked, clean, and organized
Coordinate with counter staff and bakers to keep orders flowing during rush
What We're Looking For
General kitchen experience; line cook background a plus, not required
Comfortable with early mornings and a fast, high-volume environment
Able to multitask between hot and cold stations without sacrificing quality
Reliable, detail-oriented team player; food handler's certification a plus

Baker/Dough Production
About the Role
You'll be part of our early-morning production crew, mixing, shaping, and baking bagels to order, keeping our kitchen running with consistency and care. This is a hands-on, physical role; you'll be on your feet, moving fast, and taking pride in the craft.
Schedule: Early morning shifts (approx. 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM). Wednesday–Sunday operation; specific days TBD with candidate.
Compensation: $20/hour + tips
Start date: Late September 2026
What You'll Do
Mix and manage bagel dough production, including scaling and cold fermentation
Hand-roll and shape bagels to spec
Boil and bake bagels to Barrett's standard.
Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe production area
Work with the opening manager and kitchen team to keep production on schedule
What We're Looking For
General baking experience; professional bagel or bread background a plus, not required
Comfortable with early mornings and a fast-paced production environment
Attention to detail and pride in consistent, high-quality work
Reliable, detail-oriented team player; food handler's certification a plus
