Our Team

I started this business in 2023 and it’s been a wild ride ever since. I have worked in and around food for 10+ years, from farming to teaching, to baking bread. Baking bagels is truly a joy. Building this business has been humbling, interesting, thrilling, and so much more. I live on the near west side with my wife Laura and two kids, Barrett and Sawyer, and my dog Shep.
